Chief Joe Bailey has been with the SouthWest Bell County VFD since 2002. Chief Bailey started in the fire service when he was 34 as a volunteer for the Southwest Bell Fire Department.
Chief Bailey holds a certification from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation as a Master electrician. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife Robin, his children Adam, Brandi, Shelby, and their grandkids
